Pros
Vitu is always growing — both nationally and technologically. This makes it an ideal company to take advantage of different opportunities while also getting to know and network with a great group of people. I have been working for the company for well over six years and the encouragement I have received to try new things and to grow has been parallel to no other work experience/environment. This has been constant throughout my time here, not just by coworkers in the same position, but by management and executives alike.
Cons
I was fortunate enough to be at this company when every employee could fit in a small room. At this point, we now have a lot of employees spread over multiple states which can make it difficult to get to know each and every person you work with. But while the company has grown, so has the effort that is put forth to keep our company culture going strong.
