Pros
— Great software platforms — Incredibly rewarding work — so much more rewarding than my previous career in video games — Making a difference with how companies and individuals interact with government — Lucky to work with nearly all departments within the company — High retention — I still see most of the same faces since I started over six years ago — I've personally grown, learned, developed skills — Lots of great, friendly and intelligent co-workers... kind of like a big family — Incredibly smart exec team
Cons
— Concerned about growing too fast. So far, so good... but, there's that potential — Of late (as of this writing), a lot of meetings — and I hate meetings just for meetings sake
