      Pros

      Amazing team, great work culture, Supreme mission and strong ideology to work for., I love their "Employees first" policy and management accepts the fact that the employees are stronger than the tech we develop in this company. I have developed my leadership and technical skills as a part of an amazing team.

      Cons

      Explosive rate of growth is yet to match with the attitude of the company. The company still thinks like a startup in some cases, which can be dangerous. But, I'm positive that they will realize it and move forward.

      Pros

      During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

      Cons

      There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

      Pros

      Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
