Pros
This is the best company I have ever worked for. I have worked for a lot of companies but have never seen a one so focused on improving employee welfare, from pay and benefits to a proactively inclusive and supportive culture. It's like family without the drama. The sense of Team is palpable. We rely on each other's strengths, and with the level of mutual respect we feel for each other, ego rarely gets in the way. Our product is constantly improved because of everyone's input. I didn't know work could be this way. Management has integrity. I feel respected, valued and safe with my direct supervisor. I was asked to share what I would enjoy doing most, and now I'm doing it. This supportive atmosphere makes life feel completely different. One last thing — I get together with friends on a regular basis and we talk about what's going on with our jobs. Everyone complains...except me. They're jealous.
