Training in Vitu depends heavily upon the position. There are some that take months of mentorship and training while there are other, domain specific, positions where a strong knowledge of the industry is required. Although our recruitment and onboarding strategies attempt to find the right fit for each candidate, there are those times where we make an error. It is our belief that when we hire any of our team it is a requirement that we give them the best opportunity for success. Oftentimes that means offering those who struggle with other positions in the company that better suit their experience, talents and personality. Culture is also a very, very strong consideration at Vitu. Our mission of maintaining a strong, progressive, employee centric culture is our very first consideration. Unfortunately, rarely, we find that an individual has difficulty working a less authoritative environment.
