I have been working for this company for 5 years and loving every minute of it so far. Culture, culture, culture! You are treated like family, appreciated/rewarded for your hard work and your opinion actually matters. Perfect place to learn and grow.

Cons

As of today, I have no cons :) (sorry).

Pros

During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

Cons

There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

Cons

Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
