Pros
I have been working at Vitu for over 5 years now and have enjoyed watching it grow exponentially over the years while still managing to maintain the culture of a smaller, nurturing start up company. The management team is nothing short of incredibly encouraging and supportive to all associates across the board. There is always opportunity to move within the company or express interest in trying something new. We are constantly reminded of how important we are to the company and how much we are appreciated. I have felt incredibly honored to work here from day one and share a sense of pride daily in the work we accomplish together.
Cons
I think current positions/compensation and advancement opportunities/pay increases could be better served by some formal publication/posting available to all. I also think that each employee would benefit from a documented job/performance review once a year which could help them achieve a plan to grow within their department or provide an opportunity to look for advancement outside of it.
