      The company has room to grow, snacks in the break room and no formal attire. Wants to help employees develop their careers.

      Cons

      Is very much a "who you know" culture. If you are related to someone, you will get a job.

      Pros

      During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

      Cons

      There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

      Pros

      Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
