Thank you for the feedback. We, along with most companies during this time of Covid, are faced with challenges we had never imagined. While managing that which was unimaginable, we recognize that there are things that can slip, but we can assure you that we are doing all we can to fill in some of the cracks that have developed over the last year. Specifically to your issues: Pay. We dedicate a lot of time and effort evaluating our pay versus the market using various tools, while also taking into account the individual's specific skill sets, contributions, and experience are commensurate with their salary. Knowing some of the uniqueness in our industry, the challenge is making sure that title/role is comparable to ensure we are not underpaying our Vitu family. Overall, we find we are generally in line, and in some cases higher than the market rate. We are right in the middle of a review right now and have made some slight adjustments, and will continue to keep an eye on how we evaluate the market. Training. We are always looking for ways to improve our training. There are some positions that require significant domain and process training, while others we've found it best to allow folks to learn simply by "doing" and "observing". If one falls into the latter, we know that this can be frustrating at times and a mentor should be there to assist if need be. If we are falling short on that, I will be meeting with the leadership team to address the concerns raised. Long Term Planning. While our long-term strategies may not always be apparent, trust that there isn't much we do that is not part of a long term vision. It's a vision that has historically been very public (within the company through our staff meetings). Recently, with the realities of our remote work, it may not be as visible as it used to be. I'm happy to discuss this at any time if you wish to reach out to me. As a company, we pride ourselves in being a progressive, employee-centric culture that not only encourages, but thrives on the feedback of the people who come to work every day, day in and day out, to make this a great company. There are numerous forums, through our all hands meetings to our Culture Committee and our 1:1s, where feedback is encouraged, as it is crucial to our mission to be the best and the most grateful company. Given the specific items you've raised, I encourage you to please reach out to myself, or any of the other executive team members, or HR, with any advice you may have to help Vitu achieve that goal. Thank you. Kelly Kimball, Executive Chairman Mobile Phone: 818.601.0001

Pros

Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

Cons

Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
