Poor chief of staff/management/lied about the job title - Anonymous employee Vitu Employee Review

No question, in the heart of Covid so many of us were called upon to put on many different hats while the company pivoted into this new world. It was, admittedly, a very difficult time - not only for Vitu but for virtually every "transaction based" business. We have always "claimed" to have a wonderful culture - one we've cultivated from the inception of the company 17 years ago. But you never really know for sure until there's a crisis. The way our team lifted the company on their shoulders and carried it through the most unimaginable times was astounding. When we needed it the most, our Vitu family stood up and delivered. "Management" didn't save this company - the people who came in every single day during the most difficult times kept us going. And for that I have an enormous amount of love and respect for our entire team. But, as in all crises, there are folks who through no fault of their own find it difficult to sustain the pace. We get it, we appreciate you giving it a shot, and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. And thank you for the shout our on the coffee! The Nitro and Cold Brew taps are my favorite!
