Pros

healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, and really good pay

Cons

The worst training regiment I have ever seen in a company. Taco Bell had a better training program than them. They sat me down with a spiteful angry manager with a laptop and gave me the most barebones description of my job and what I was responsible for. Then made me wait 4 and a half hours to get a work station to start my job. Any time I had a question management would become angry and confrontational. Extremely toxic people running the company, gaslight their employee's and expect these difficult tasks to come easy. I would follow their objectives to try and meet their extremely high standards only for them to change the goal posts on me when they would review my work. Unless you are very intelligent and have both a paralegal and dmv background I don't recommend this job.

It always saddens us when a new team member does not work out. It's rare, but it does happen from time to time. I would like to mention that we have significant onboarding and continuous training at Vitu (in fact there's an entire division dedicated to our internal and external training). To be clear, there are times when the training isn't going to be enough. If that was the case with your situation, we appreciate the feedback and wish you the very best of luck in your future endeavors. Our employee "churn" is extremely low, and losing a team member under any circumstances is difficult for us. The experience you have stated here is not something we normally hear, in fact our fraternity of Vitu "alums" is quite active and provide us a wonderful pipeline for new members. I will personally investigate this and see if there was a breakdown on our end. In the meantime, all the best of luck to you and your family! Kelly Kimball Founder and Board Chairman

Pros

During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

Cons

There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

Pros

Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

Cons

Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
