Pros
Great leadership; there is a clear direction for the company, which I appreciate. No one wants to work for a company that doesn't know what it wants to do. In addition to clear direction, Vitu is a company that is clearly growing, which is another important factor in picking an employer to stick with. Family atmosphere; I've seen many companies try to produce this kind of atmosphere in their work environments, but it always fell flat. At Vitu, they get it right, my co-workers are great. I don't know enough about median salaries in this industry, and I really don't know anything about benefits programs or what constitutes a good one, but I feel like I'm more than fairly compensated wage-wise and benefits are offered at what feels like a fair cost. No complaints. WFH flexibility. With the cost of gas soaring, being able to comfortably work remotely is a privilege I would find hard to be without. Beautiful office location (Agoura Hills, CA) and employee lounge; free coffee, soft drinks, and snacks are offered, along with the wonderful efforts by the Culture Committee (lunches, events, whatnot).
Cons
lol i have to write 5 words here (being serious though, any cons I come up with would be some serious nitpicking, not gonna bother)
