      Pros

      All of my co-workers are friendly, respectful, and honest. Even in moments where I have dropped the ball, mistakes have been pointed out, but we all know we're human at the end of the day. Feedback is constructive and useful.

      Cons

      I'm used to having small hobby groups to chat with from other companies, and it has been difficult for me to find one. Efforts were made for a gamer chat group, but it failed to stick.

      Pros

      During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

      Cons

      There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

      Pros

      Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
