      Pros

      Vitu has good benefits and great people that work hard and take pride in their work.

      Cons

      Growth of the company was way too fast and not thought out. HR department is lacking and way to much stress is put onto most employees. Covid-19 has changed this company forever!

      Pros

      During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

      Cons

      There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

      Pros

      Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
