      Pros

      The fact that the entire staff is dealing with the same issues and coming together to overcome problems. Office runs smoother when management is gone.

      Cons

      You'll be tasked to complete obstacles with little to no training and be expected to excel at them. More responsibilities will be added to your plate but no increase in pay. Constantly told the company is a family.

      Pros

      During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

      Cons

      There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

      Pros

      Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
