Pros
Great corporation. Corporate culture is awesome, but it does not always carry over to the local practice site. Lots of leadership opportunity, lots of education opportunity, great benefits for employees.
Cons
It truly varies site to site. Some cons: Working at different sites not always an option as the pay will be considered overtime at the secondary site (for example: working at site "A" site full time and want to add per diem shifts at site "B". They have to pay overtime if >40 hours flat rate). Pay is less than some competitors
