Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Vituity, and for your years of service as an Emergency Physician with us. We’re glad to hear that our physician-owned partnership model and engagement with Partners came through in a positive way during your time here—that’s truly at the heart of who we are. We also really appreciate your candor about leadership turnover and the perception of an “old guard” at the C-suite level. Continuity in leadership can be a strength, but we recognize that it also makes it especially important to continually bring in fresh perspectives, new ideas, and diverse voices. We’re actively investing in leadership development, succession planning, and opportunities for emerging clinical and operational leaders to have a stronger voice in decision-making. Feedback like yours helps reinforce why that work matters. Thank you again for your contributions to Vituity and for helping us get better. —The Vituity Team

Pros

Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

Cons

They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
