I’m a newer employee at MedAmerica and so far I’m really impressed. The culture is awesome. My coworkers are bright and fun to work with, and there are a lot of great social events to go to. There's a lot of perks and the office is right on the water with a nice view. I’ve also used the walking trail along the water to get some exercise (or there's an onsite gym too). And right now we're in the middle of our casual dress months for summer. I'm excited to see how my career unfolds here. MedAmerica just launched a career development program to focus on individual professional growth. The program has different learning resources and tools for career expansion. And there are also trainings that are specifically focused on management, which is helpful.
