      You may gain some medical experience, knowledge, familiarity.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, cliquey, lacking integrity. Truly one of the worst supervisory experiences I have had to date. The clinic was fine, the Dr's and the Dr staff were fine. CEP America staff were very unprofessional, and did not have things together.

      Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

      Cons

      They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
