We apologize that you had issues with your manager and their lack of communication; we are working to improve the transparency our management conveys as well as continue to keep the lines of communication open between our employees and their manager. We have leadership academies and trainings in place to insure that these practices are being implemented.
However, we are glad that you enjoyed your co-workers and the workplace environment! At MedAmerica we strive to create a company culture where our employees can engage with one another and grow their friendships.
