      Pros

      You are able to obtain incredible work experience in a health care setting while working alongside some of the most motivated, respectful, and driven people you will ever meet.

      Cons

      After completing classroom and floor training, almost all communication with other scribes and/or management takes place via email and not face to face as some may prefer. If you are great at staying on top of your email then you will have no problem with this!

      Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

      Cons

      They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
