      Awesome scheduling Depends on your site Great supervisors Opportunity to work with awesome doctors, PA's and NP's.

      Sometimes management can be pretty demeaning Mercy General Hospital has a pretty tight contract that basically doesn't allow scribes to talk to patients

      Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

      Cons

      They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
