Pros
Great benefits (best 401k plan I have ever seen) Open, transparent organization Many social opportunities with co-workers Communication is good (but can always be improved) Very strong culture and sense of belonging
Cons
Vituity is experiencing growing pains (victim of its own success?). Management is building and changing infrastructure and processes as Vituity rapidly grows in size and in new practice lines (no easy feat, like building a dam in the middle of a raging river). This can be a bit overwhelming for some employees who have been there for many years before this radical growth spurt (Can you teach an old dog new tricks?). It has become more impersonal and less of a family-feel as it was when there were ~100 employees. Is bigger necessarily better? I am not really sure.
