      As soon as the Director came to this company. The door has been revolving. There is no professionalism there . Supervisors are blamed for everything. This is a high school environment ran by clowns for Management. And have the audacity to rub in employees face how much $ the company makes while they pay their staff peanuts.

      Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

      Cons

      They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
