      A little lost strategically, trying things that are not going to work. Company could benefit from outside advice, instead of making decisions in areas that are not in their expertise

      Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

      Cons

      They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
