Pros

Big company, many sites.

Cons

If you don't work minimum hours for the YEAR due to military service - you lose all 401k benefit. 401k is paid yearly, you dont make money on your match until the following year and only *IF* you meet yearly minimum. Depending on time of year you begin, you could be waiting up to a year and a half to even GET matching. No perks for additional education. No profit sharing or partnership at all for APPs. Company name is VITUITY - no input from employees on that change - most hate it - silly word!

Thank you for your service to our country. We’re really glad you brought up your concerns to us, as there seems to be some misinformation here. Per our Military Leave Policy, during your leave of absence your length of service with Vituity is still accumulating, your PTO is still accruing, and your benefits continue. We'd like to connect with you to learn more about what happened so we can help resolve the issue. Please contact our People Ops department, or our Benefits department. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, People Operations/Human Resource Department

Pros

Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

Cons

They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
