Pros

Noble Mission of patient care Flexible schedule - pushing more remote work Dabbling in exciting innovation and technology Great people to work with

Cons

Senior Leadership is disengaged and has been there for a long time. The Partner model is great, but can sometimes make it difficult to get good work done because there is a fear of upsetting the partners

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We agree our mission to care for patients and improve the lives of the people we encounter every day is the heart of our organization. We are also glad to hear that our flexible schedules are being embraced by our team members. Your feedback regarding senior leadership and the partner model is being discussed with the appropriate teams and we hope to use this feedback to better Vituity as a whole. We also encourage you to reach out to your direct manager with ideas. Or if you feel more comfortable, please reach out to us at (510) 350-2777. Kindly, Bisaan & Laura

Pros

Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

Cons

They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
