      They were organized in their training program and continually provided opportunities to improve and grow.

      Cons

      The scheduling was sometimes difficult to manage as a student because sometimes you’d be assigned day shift and two days later you’d be assigned swing shift.

      Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

      Cons

      They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
