Pros

Corporate benefits and sabitical leave, paid time and sick time accruals, 401K match.

Cons

Promotions are biased and based on who you know or may be related too. If you are in their click then you will obtain the promotion. Leadership is toxic at all levels. Wages are low and there is a constant threat of outsourcing.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear this about your experience while working with Vituity. RCM Leadership is dedicated to providing a culture of caring and professionalism. I can assure you that our promotions are not based upon who you know or who you are related to. They are based off of experience, knowledge, and skill. At Vituity, we promote an open-door policy communication with all of our employees and provide a safe place for employees to share their concerns. Unfortunately, it sounds as though this was not your experience. However, we will take your feedback and focus on those areas for improvement. -RCM Leadership

Pros

Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

Cons

They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
