You are correct, we do care about our employees life outside of work as work/life balance is a top priority for us. We also could not agree more that our Management team rocks, but it sounds like you have one excellent manager that is setting the bar high for the other managers! The freedom to work from anywhere you desire is an attractive benefit we are able to offer to some Vitans—but it's only true freedom when you can also work whenever you'd like so I'm happy to hear it is only a rare issue.
