Vituity treats their PA’s well. The culture is pro PA and pro patient. The benefits are very good. The pay is average to above average.

Cons

As the company has grown, it has become less personal. There is a lot of spin on their financial decisions, as opposed to transparency/honesty.

They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
