Thank you for taking the time to share your experience working as a part-time scribe at Vituity. We're pleased to hear that your time with us was valuable, especially in balancing your education and gaining exposure to the medical field. We're glad that the flexible hours and shift work in the ED were beneficial for you, and that you found the experience enriching for your pre-med journey. We acknowledge the challenges associated with night shifts and understand the desire for benefits for our scribes. Your feedback is important, and we will certainly consider it as we continuously look for ways to improve the support and opportunities we provide to all our employees. Thank you for your contributions during your time with us. We wish you all the best in your future medical career. Michelle Dill - Talent Sourcer

Pros

Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

Cons

They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
