-great work culture: a lot of energy/time/resources are invested in the employees -company vision and mission statement are core to the company's growth plan and business policies. Improving patient outcomes is the bottom line, revenue is a byproduct. -Rapid growth: not only is the corporate entity growing rapidly but so is the scope and range of the clinical partnership. MedAmerica is continually adapting its protocols and policies to facilitate growth and encourages innovation and feedback from employees
Cons
-Average pay but one of the best 401k plans in the country + generous bonuses/benefits/etc -not much else
