Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for your work with us over the past year. We’re glad to hear that you’ve experienced strong teamwork with your colleagues and feel positively about pay. We also want to acknowledge the concerns you’ve raised. We understand how much leadership style can impact day-to-day experience, and we take feedback about provider support and workload seriously. Patient care is always our priority, and we also want to ensure our clinicians feel supported and valued in the process. Your point about APP vs. MD benefits and workload balance is important, and we are actively reviewing ways to create more equity across roles while addressing patient volumes. Thank you again for your honesty and for the vital care you provide. Your feedback helps us continue to improve. —The Vituity Team

Pros

Great benefits. 3-4 weeks of PTO/sick leave and good 401K match

Cons

They use and abuse you. Hard to climb up the ladder and always seem to hire externally for higher positions.
