Actually the only cons was the time schedule that was changing every week

It's an easy job (well, it's should be easy), but.....

Working with an manager with micro-aggressions. You will be micromanaged when working, which creates an hostile work environment. The work is NOT that hard, but the manager will make your productivity very difficult. In addition, he's very passive aggressive. He pretends to praise you, but at the same time, he loves to belittle his employees, especially in FRONT of customers. No wonder why the turnover rate is extremely high. Avoid at ALL COST!
