Pros
Decent amount of daily freedom. Dogs allowed. Gym, kickboxing classes.
Cons
-Mostly younger millennials that are offended by nearly anything. -Mostly college grads, who know NOTHING about construction or the trades. -"Be Yourself" is total BS. It's "Be Yourself, unless other people are around". -The week long orientation is a wasted week. Real training in process and system would be more beneficial for those not versed in the basics of the trades. Lucky for me, I have loads of experience. -Trying to Branch out to fields other than paint with less than knowledgeable PPs and PMs is a terrible idea. -Open Door policy is a joke. They don't care, they just want to see the bottom line. High turnover and pissy office staff usually means you're doing something wrong and need to listen to your employees -Cut the Rah Rah crap and actually live it. We can all be bosses, but leaders do instead of telling. -Definite HS drama feel.
