Pros
Working at vivax has improved my personal and professional life immensely. The leadership here starting from the CEO down to direct management cares so much about your individual growth and how you can utilize your strengths to be an asset to the team and company as a whole. If you care, they care. I’ve found it is really hard to nearly impossible to enjoy what you’re doing if you are close minded to putting the effort in that it takes to grow your skills and be successful, there is no fulfillment in that. If you want to be at this company and learn a higher skill set, they will provide you with the tools you need to be successful in that. I have worked for many employers in the past that don’t value their hardworking employees and give no reward for employees that go above and beyond. This company and its values are the opposite of that and I’m so grateful to be apart of this team. It saddens me to see Ex employees feedback/reviews where there are only negatives on the company not “paying” enough, or no “work-life balance”, but zero ownership for being the employees that don’t care to work hard, learn more, improve skill sets, and earn success. I don’t know if these employees were conditioned to have good things handed to them with no efforts in return, but personally it is really rewarding to know that I’ve worked hard to earn the successes that I’ve seen.

Cons: Don’t apply here if you don’t want to work hard, it’s not fair to the employees that have to pick up the slack.
