Pros
They really want you to understand other's positions and what they have to deal with and work with so you are able to do your job better.
Cons
I don't even know where to start. Everyone is incredibly fake and I swear they have these crazy fake smiles always plastered on. Management is truly incredibly useless whenever I had issues with customers I would go to my boss they would tell me to go the other persons boss and then I would have to go to someone else's boss and it truly felt like I was on my own to deal with this pissed off customer. It took almost a week of getting horrifying messages and calls from this client until someone took care of it. Be ready to be STRESSED. I have never had the Sunday Scaries and I would just think about the mountain of work I had to do. The management is incredibly unhelpful. It is true that they want you to drink the kool aid and they CONSTANTLY ask for positive reviews from employees and customers. It is good for anyone who wants to work a low paying job with unreasonably challenging goals with a bunch of "high school-esque cliques" this is right up your alley. I agree with the other reviews that the hours are unreasonable and the amount of stress/damage you put on your car is ridiculous. The people who are managers there are only in those positions because of nepotism and how long the person has worked there and is in no way based on leadership skills. The "pep rally" meetings are truly some of the most wasted work hours I have ever spent. This place likes to cover up the fact that the bottom line is their most important goal with a sad cross fit gym, lots of millennial BS, and these weird people who live, breathe and eat Vivax.
