Pros
Lunch meetings, dogs in office, CrossFit gym, Get recognized from your co workers for going the extra mile. (Unfortunately this means having little to no personal life for amount of time you need spend on your job). Good training program....but again it is mostly for entry level professionals with minimal experience
Cons
Are ready to drink the cool-aid? Make sure you know what you're getting into. High high HIGH turnover. Little to no upward mobility (Senior Management has been there for 7-10+ years and isn't going anywhere). HIGH Stress. (Often your role will be treated as a life-or-death position with how they put pressure on you to work nearly every day and respond immediately to customers even on your days off. Forget about family time or a work life ballance or any life out of the office. Forget about your weekends. Expect to kill yourself from mid January to November (60+ hour weeks are extremely regular). Again...lots of empty promises. Get everything in writing. The majority of employees are in their 20s...still feels "clicky" like highschool or college. Everyone leaves after 2, 3, or 4 years with little to no explanation. Most people are burnt out but running on the fumes of recognition and people saying things like "your crushing it" , or departments trying to best or outdo one another. Not my thing, but for a single workaholic it could be perfect.
