Pros
I started at the company during the pandemic(2020) as a door-to-door sales person with no previous sales experience. Leadership of that department was excellent and gave me so much guidance and support that I progressed to a Team Lead, training others and successfully remaining at the top of the "leaderboard" consistently. After 2.5 years in that role, I was was seeking a change to work in a less physically demanding role and was promoted to a Project Coordinator. This role was mostly remote (one day a week in office) and oversaw the scheduling and overall progression of projects from the point of sale until it's production. I was in that role for about 1.8 years. Overall, I had strong and caring management who took personal investment in my success and made me feel as a highly valued member of my team, in both roles.
Cons
While seasonal work can be incredible (winters off basically) it can also be very stressful and highly demanding. Vivax is all about gold-standard customer service. If that is not for you or you are not capable of providing high-level customer service for extended periods of time, you might not be the best fit for the company.
