Thank you for your candid and detailed feedback. We regret that this is your experience with Vivent Health. We strive to promote professionalism within all of our sites, and our Learning & Development team is working hard to implement a thorough and effective leadership development program, to be implemented in 2025. We value our employees, and we do all we can to keep engagement high. We celebrate accomplishments and important days of recognition, and we frequently communicate how important each employee is to our mission and vision. That said, there is always room for improvement, and we will continue to our focus today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Pros

Good pay, generous paid time off. mental health days, personal days. birthday holiday.

Cons

top heavy - CEO is wonderful and hard working, but takes in a HUGE salary for the non profit world. fine but the pay disparity is questionable. Could use more options for remote work or flexible schedule.

Pros

Meaningful mission and opportunity to serve vulnerable populations. Some staff members are dedicated and genuinely care about clients. Valuable experience gained in community-based prevention work.

Cons

Significant issues with team dynamics and lack of professional boundaries across roles. Nursing staff in particular demonstrated inconsistent professionalism, including poor communication, lack of accountability, and behavior that contributed to a stressful work environment. There appeared to be limited support for staff experiencing burnout or mental health challenges, despite the nature of the work. Case management dynamics at times felt more adversarial than collaborative, and boundaries for roles such as Prevention Specialists were not consistently respected. Overall, internal culture often detracted from the ability to effectively serve clients.
