      Pros

      Uncapped pay. You will need to recruit though and manage your team. YouGet to plan vacations for yourself as long as you and your team are hitting good numbers.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t help a ton depending on the “region” you are a part of It’s commission only. Once someone recruits you, they will make override on every sale you make while at the company
