Pros
Barrier to entry extremely low, but ceiling is extremely high. Great place to learn sales. Recruiting is a must, you can be the best salesperson in your office but in order to grow in the company you must recruit and develop new reps.
Cons
Outside sales is difficult, relocating to another state for 5 months and traveling for 1 month is highly inconvenient. Works well if you’re young.
