      Pros

      Interesting problems to solve. Felt like I was valued and could make a valuable contribution. Great people to work with. They seemed to care about the company and its customers. Management seemed to care about the employees for the most part.

      Cons

      After I left, there was a new head of consumer division installed and he started to change things: A layoff, changing deadlines without talking to stakeholders, more days required in office. Hopefully those won't continue.
