Pros

The only pro was the meal tickets

Absolutely horrible place to work. Not remotely flexible on time off or Illnesses. The trainers are completely inept at their jobs and you'll reach the call floor lost and confused and QRF who's supposed to help you is so hit or miss on attitude and helpfulness. There's tons of different departments and they all want to pass the buck on responsibility and half the time you won't even get a response when you email WFM for scheduling issues or higher ups with whatever issues you may have. And the icing on the cake is that our Lindon site was told months ago we'd have Friday the 29th-January 1st off because New Years is our paid holiday this year and five days before we were all emailed saying nevermind we're all being scheduled again due to volume, but the other sites get to keep their holidays off. Even though people made plans months in advance. So insane. RUN away from this place. Completely shady company, crappy security system and horrible management.

Pros

Great company, lots of perks! The schedule is consistent; busy and slow seasons make the work predictable. There is always something to do, so if you like to stay busy, then this position is great for you. The team is relatively small, so everyone is close!

Cons

No growth opportunities. Seems like the 1Stop department in general gets pushed to the side; there is no recognition for the work you do.
