The customers you meet every day. Equipment is good except when new firmware is updated.
Cons
After every update, a large percentage of equipment flakes out. Technicians are held responsible for “go backs” even when the issue was caused by faulty equipment or problems following updates. Customer satisfaction survey questions are misleading. Technicians are held accountable for both questions even when the first question clearly asks how satisfied they are with Vivint. Management is shoddy at best. Preferential treatment is shown with scheduling jobs, drive times and enforcement of rules. There is a zero tolerance policy for tobacco products but Manager constantly vapes in his company vehicle. He writes some up for the tobacco policy and ignores the acts of others.
