Pros

Products blow the competition out of the water. Company is large with plenty of room to move up if you are successful. Great at licensing door to door employees

Cons

Upfront pay is lower than a lot of other summer companies. If you aren't good at collecting activations don't expect to see very large checks during the summer. Recruiting tactics by some of the managers is misleading. Average first year reps don't make a ton.

Pros

There is free lunch on site, which is usually just a hamburger, or some sort of shredded meat on rice and beans.

Cons

There is increasing amounts of corporate red tape personal biases which have killed the innovative culture. Getting things like a half decent computer are near impossible. There is more and more pressure to take quality shortcuts in order to make cheaper devices to hawk to customers.
