Pros
Vivint is a fast-paced work environment with wonderful benefits and great energy. They do all they can to make employees feel at home while in the office and incentivize high-level performance. Many opportunities for growth and diversification throughout the company.
Cons
Sometimes compensation doesn't quite match the work, and people are promoted before they may be ready simply to fit the needs of fast growth.
