-use your car/gas to get sent on unpaid work -Makes you do all the paperwork that should've been done before you arrived adding 1+hr to install -fellow techs have no clue what they're doing -trash equipment NEVER WORKS and /troubleshooting only comes from techs who miserably figured it out(so vivint knows nothing) -sales guys treats/talk to you like you're a peasant -you DO NOT get paid to return to fix a customer system (1st 90days) knowing its the trash EQUIPMENTs fault -They claim you can get bonus for selling a install but a INSIDE SALES rep WILL steal your sale and take credit(you wont get a penny) -they want you to be a loan officer, account manager& surprise customers with a finance app before every install, and you have to be the idiot to tell the customer, so the customer thinks you're scamming them and you have to spend an additional 30 minutes explaining it to them
