Pros
Daily training by an encouraging management. Great work environment. You will have to push yourself harder than you ever have before. You get to see different parts of the country. You will make best friends.
Cons
lots of rejection. lots of walking top producers make it to the top by disobeying upper management guidelines and regulations. some managers are not meant to be managers and would be better off as just sales reps.
